Stress is a response to undesirable situation. A response that may affect our lives in such a serious way that our physical and mental health affects badly, which results in decreasing the efficiency of our precious body.
Now I'll talk about ways to avoid stress. I know it seems quite funny that how a stress can be avoided but to your surprise, I'm here with ways to avoid stress. Let's talk about it!
First of all, you should avoid stress triggering factors as much as possible. Now, the question arises how to avoid stress triggering factors.
The answer simply lies in engaging yourself in healthy activities. Try to divert your attention on some beautiful healthy aspect of life, that can be a pleasant memory of your life, the act of a child playing outside your home, the joke of your colleague, the achievement of your life anything healthy and pleasant that can bring smile on your face or that can divert your attention from stress triggering factor to something pleasant and peaceful.
Secondly, you should start doing exercise or meditation. The meditation techniques effectively help in reducing stress. Studies have revealed that people who actively do meditation are less likely to be affected by stress. Exercise help in engaging your core muscles, making you healthy & strong and you find it much easier to avoid stress as your body & mind are relaxed.
Thirdly, you should schedule your tasks. It's important as stress usually occurs when daily life tasks are left incomplete, when important work is not done in time. So to avoid this situation, you must follow a timetable to do all your tasks before time to avoid stressful situation.
Fourthly, you should take 6-8 hours of sleep. When you don't sleep enough, you feel tired & sleepy at work time. You get irritated even by a small act and hence it leads to a stressful life. So, to avoid this you must take enough sleep to make your mood light.
Last but not the least, you should take harsh things lightly. You are wondering what does it mean. Let me explain! Whenever some harsh thing occur, think for a moment that it'll be for a very short interval of time. So, why to affect your precious health & time by getting stress just due to thinking for a harsh event that's for a very short time and that will get better after some time. Think😌
