Why you take stress despite knowing its unhealthy impact on life?

Stress is the burden, the striking force, a reaction to a challenging situation.



It may be positive or negative.

The positive stress is good for normal daily activities as it act as driving force for our daily work and keep us motivated and hence it increases the efficiency of our work.

On the other hand, negative stress is bad. It has negative impact on our daily routine. It make us feel exhausted, drain our energy and hence efficiency of daily work is greatly reduced. 



Now the question arises, Why you take stress despite knowing its unhealthy impact on life?

Firstly, you may take it unconsciously. You may become so busy in daily routine that you just focus on completing all your tasks, which are beyond your daily working capacity. You become stressful while becoming all-rounder, taking so many tasks at a time. To be an all rounder is a good thing but it should be within your working capaciy. The problem arises when you work hard, not smart.




Secondly, you take stress intentionally. You don't make enough time for exercise, meditation or mind relaxing techniques that makes life stress free. Your timetable gets so tiring and boring that you don't have sufficient time for your family, friends and a good social circle, which leads to a stressful life.



Hence, you may get stressful life consciously or unconsciously so try to avoid stress by managing your daily life routines and keeping everything in balance. It seems difficult but it's not impossible. Just work smart 😉
